These Terms of Purchase apply to orders placed through norvellona.
Chongqing Mou's Girls Digital Technology Co., Ltd., trading as norvellona, is the store operator and seller.
Review these terms together with the selected product description, Shipping Policy, and Return Policy before ordering.
1. Reviewing Your Order
Check the product, selected option, quantity, measurements, delivery details, and total before payment.
For desktop products, consider usable surface area, opening clearance, internal compartment sizes, cable access, and any assembly or installation requirements.
Only the components identified in the listing are included. Electronics, stationery, books, furniture, and photographic props are excluded unless expressly stated.
2. Product Use and Compatibility
Follow the stated purpose, care instructions, installation requirements, and load limits.
Do not assume an organizer is a monitor support, laptop stand, charging device, or universally compatible accessory unless the listing expressly describes that function.
Products must not be used as steps, seating, climbing aids, or safety devices unless expressly designed and described for that use.
Screen-related color differences do not excuse a wrong item, missing component, functional defect, or material mismatch with the listing.
3. Eligibility and Payment
You must have the legal capacity to purchase and be authorized to use the payment method provided.
Available methods are displayed at checkout. Transactions may involve authorization and reasonable fraud checks.
Do not send full payment card details by email.
4. Prices and Charges
The applicable currency, product prices, discounts, taxes, and shipping charges collected through checkout are shown before payment.
“US$” means United States dollars. Your payment provider may apply its own conversion or transaction charges.
We do not increase an agreed price or supply a substitute product without your agreement.
5. Order Receipt and Acceptance
An automated acknowledgment confirms receipt of your order. Acceptance occurs when we send dispatch confirmation, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
If stock availability, an obvious listing error, a delivery restriction, or a reasonable payment concern prevents fulfillment, we will contact you.
You may agree to an explained alternative or cancel the affected order. Payments collected for an order we cannot fulfill are refunded promptly as required by law.
6. Changes and Cancellations
Contact service@norvellona.com immediately if a change or cancellation is needed.
We try to accommodate requests before fulfillment begins. Once processing is underway, a request may no longer be possible to complete.
Dispatched orders follow the Return Policy. No separate fee applies to an ordinary cancellation we approve.
Mandatory cancellation or withdrawal rights remain unaffected.
7. Delivery and Shipping Charges
Supported destinations are determined by the address and services available at checkout. We do not promise delivery to every country or address.
Processing normally takes 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Standard transit is estimated at 7–15 business days after dispatch, or approximately 8–18 business days overall.
Standard shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal is US$39 or more after discounts, before taxes and shipping charges.
For subtotals below US$39, shipping is calculated and displayed before payment. A corresponding qualifying amount is shown where another currency is displayed.
Orders may originate outside the destination country. The Shipping Policy explains tracking, restrictions, and delivery problems.
If we cannot dispatch within the promised period, we notify you of revised timing and provide the applicable choice to consent to the delay or cancel for a refund.
8. Returns to China
Eligible returns may be requested within 30 calendar days after delivery.
Our designated return facility is in China. Returns from other countries require international shipping to China.
Customers pay preference-based return postage and must meet the condition requirements in the Return Policy. No restocking fee applies.
For damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed goods for which we are responsible, we provide an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return costs.
Contact us for the complete return address and instructions. Our business address is not an automatically authorized return destination.
9. Refunds
Approved return refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after receipt of the returned item, including inspection within that period.
If no return is required, an approved refund is issued within 5–10 business days after approval.
Any mandatory shorter deadline takes priority. Your payment provider may need additional time to display the credit.

10. Offers and Discounts
Promotion-specific eligibility, dates, exclusions, and code conditions are displayed with the offer.
We do not introduce undisclosed restrictions retrospectively to an accepted purchase.
11. Responsibility and Consumer Protections
Customers are responsible for accurate order information and using products according to their stated purpose.
We remain responsible for obligations imposed on us by applicable law.
These terms do not exclude mandatory warranties, remedies for faulty goods, misdescription or non-delivery, liability for fraud, or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, subject to mandatory consumer protections applicable in your place of residence.
You may contact us to seek a resolution, but doing so is not a condition preventing an available legal remedy.
Disputes may be brought before courts or authorities with jurisdiction under applicable law. No non-waivable forum or remedy is excluded.
13. Applicable Version
The terms in effect when you place the order apply to that purchase, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
Later revisions do not retrospectively reduce existing order protections.
